Host SVA’s 2027 Student Voice Events
An opportunity to showcase student voice at your institution
Student Voice Australasia (SVA) is inviting expressions of interest from member institutions interested in hosting our major in person events in 2027.
The Student Voice Summit brings together student representatives and student leaders from across Australasia to connect, share ideas and learn from one another.
The Student Voice Symposium provides a collaborative space for students and staff to explore student partnership, share practice and engage in sector-wide discussions.
Why host?
Hosting an SVA major event is an opportunity to:
Showcase your institution's commitment to student voice and partnership.
Profile your campus, facilities and student initiatives to delegates from across Australasia.
Provide local students and staff with access to a national-level event.
Contribute to shaping the event experience, theme and program.
Strengthen connections with student leaders, practitioners and sector colleagues.
Receive 20 complimentary registrations for staff and students.
A partnership approach
Hosting is a partnership between SVA and the selected institution. SVA provides overall event management, communications, registrations, sponsorship, budgeting and speaker coordination, while the host institution provides venue facilities, local expertise, student and staff involvement, and support for planning and on-the-day delivery.
Apply to host
Applications are now open for events to be held between September and October 2027.
We particularly encourage applications that demonstrate meaningful student involvement in the proposal and a strong commitment to student partnership.
