SVA will print and display your poster for you if it is provided by the due date.
Please submit your poster as a print-ready PDF in A1 size (594 mm × 841 mm) by 1 October, earlier if possible.
Format: PDF (no bleed marks or crop marks required)
Size: A1 (594 mm × 841 mm)
We suggest content kept at least 10-15 mm from the edges to avoid anything appearing too close to the border
Orientation: Portrait
Ensure images and graphics are high resolution for printing
On the poster- Include the poster title, presenter name(s), and organisation

Please arrive at your allocated presentation room 10 minutes prior to the commencement of your session.
This allows sufficient time for introductions, room orientation and technology checks before delegates enter the session.

Each room will be hosted by a UC Student Ambassador. Your room host will help you get set up, test the equipment and facilitate Q&A.
All presentation rooms will be equipped with:
Either lecture style or cabaret seating
Computer with presentations pre uploaded
Data projector and presentation screen
Lectern microphone + selected rooms have roaming mics
Internet access (wifi)
Presentation clicker/remote
All presentations submitted prior to the deadline will be pre-loaded onto the room computer.
Presenters are also encouraged to bring a backup copy of their presentation on a USB drive or have a copy accessible via email or cloud storage.

Each room will be hosted by a UC Student Ambassador. Your room host will help you get set up, test the equipment and facilitate Q&A.
Q&A time- your room host is there to help you facilate questions (including from online attendees through the chat function on teams).
Timing Prompts- to help us keep to schedule, your room host is available to provide 5 minute and 1 minute visual reminder cards. Please advise your host upon arrival if you wish to use these.

To ensure all attendees can participate fully, including online delegates and those using assistive technologies, please:
Speak clearly into the microphone at all times.
Ensure all presenters use a microphone when speaking.
Repeat audience questions or comments before responding if a microphone was not used.
Briefly describe key visuals shown on slides where appropriate.
These practices help create a more accessible and inclusive experience for everyone.
